When was the last time you bought something or inquired about a product and were overwhelmed with interest by the salesman only to buy the product and then receive a cold shoulder? Well I rarely see this in buisness most buisnesses. I have a deep fondness for what Tom and his support staff have created. I recently received a new set of covered pickups for my CT Atom which I acquired over the past summer. The pickups were sent free of charge to try. No hassle or questions asked!!! Blew me away. Someone going out of his way to please a customer without strings attached or asking for money. Certainly Tom could have charged me for a new set of pickups or even the postage. WOW!!!!!!!! I am an Anderson owner for life. If more buisnesses would take care of people the money would come. Our country is in a crisis over greed and entitlement.I am very grateful for Tom's loyalty to his clientle.Thank you. The pickups were the missing link to my tone. I will be shipping the original pickups back to you tomorrow. The covers do make a difference in the overall tone.:)

Yep, Anderson customer service is certainly unparalleled. These days, I could almost understand being nickeled and dimed-it's certainly refreshing to know that companies like Anderson are more concerned about taking care of their customers than earning more money off their customers.

I can assure you the USA is not alone in this respect. Here in the UK it's just the same. The norm is for businesses to offer a perception that they are doing customers a favour by selling them a piece of garbage. I have never visited the States but friends have told me that the level of customer service is light years ahead of here.
My two recent TAGs came from US dealers (Indoor Storm and Mass Street Music) and the level of support given by both was excellent. And, of course, the Supreme Commander was always willing to offer his personal advice.
The big story here at the moment is about Members of our Parliament fiddling there expense claims. In one case a Minister has claimed from the public purse to hire porn movies. I guess if these people can't offer up an example to others we are beyond redemption!

Yeah I have heard from my English/European friends that the service industry stinks over there comparatively.
All I am looking for from the people I buy something from is transparency.Tired of feeling like I am having something pulled over on me. Also how much businesses make, their margins, are absurd.Greed prevails, thats partly why we are in economic dire straits!dp

The customer service I've gotten from Tom and his company is nothing short of outstanding, beyond what I've ever gotten from anybody.

In any business.

Period.
