What a great feature! We all know about TAG's being some of the best built and sounding guitars there are. but a simple feature like the two buttons are brilliant. Last night as we were breaking down, there wasn't a place to put my HTC except on a concrete floor leaning against the wall. The two buttons took the worry out of the moment.
I use the bottom button for my strap and loop the cable over the top button. Another useful feature.
Thanks
The older Anderson guitar straps allowed both buttons to be used as the strap had two holes that aligned perfectly with the buttons. Added security and comfortable. Great idea.

Funnily enough, just about every guitar strap I own (all different brands) seem to have the strap holes coincidentally spaced the same as the Anderson strap buttons.
I used to use both buttons on the strap, but these days I get lazy and just put the strap on the bottom button.

Agree, it is a great idea and very convenient! Until, you add straplocks...
I use Schaller's on all of my guitars and don't have any plans to change.
I guess I'm going to have to get hold of just one to place on the other strap button, just to balance things out. I will then have the option again of being able to set the guitar down on it's butt end when needed.

or get two andersons and buy three sets of strap locks. then there's no waste:D
