Curious about what guitars, other than Anderson, other forum members are likely to add to their collection in the near future?

I've been thinking about a custom shop strat...

Not very seriously, though! I still have to get a cobra with the M or P series pickups.

In the near future? Only more andersons, Have been curious about Suhr guitars though. Supposed to be nice. Also Music Man (as you know) makes some great guitars

To me Suhr guitars are very similar in features to Andersons. Suhr uses more traditional style pickups and wiring than Anderson. I like Grosh guitars too. They are a little more traditional, with lacquer finishes no BFTS, Fralin pickups, etc. I have to admit though, I've got Grosh, PRS, Anderson and Gibson Custom Shop guitars, and my Anderson Drop Top gets most of my playing time.

I have a Ron Thorn custom Artisian Deluxe on the way inside of 8 weeks (after 10 months of waiting, so I am pumped!).

I have a Rick Turner RS-6 due here in the next two weeks.

I am planning on a Melancon in the next 3 months.

That's me though. I like variety; fwiw my Anderson Hollow Drop Top is my #1.

Like Scott, my Thorn Artisan Master will arrive soon. I have been thinking about selling some of my collection to get a vintage Fender Strat.

I have a Suhr on order that should have been in my hands about a month ago. I'm not complaining though, as I know John has been busy with his amps, but just a little impatient. After that, I'm planning to buy another Anderson maybe next year. I was thinking about getting a GMW a while back, but I think I'll stick with Andersons and Suhrs-both guys are cool, and I know I don't have to worry about the quality of the instrument.

GMW Guitars-the guy who builds their guitars used to work with Charvel a long time ago. They make a lot of 80's guitar replicas and charvel knockoffs. Someone I know bought a Van Halen replica body from GMW and thought it looked cool, but wasn't too happy with the resonance of the wood.

after my bora HDT with rosewood neck, i'm kinda guitar'd out. Everytime i play it, it takes my will to buy something else away.

my next thing will probably be a nice acoustic, and start working that aspect of my playing.

Not that I'm interested in PRS but has anyone seen the new PRS 513?

I have a Suhr in the middle of being built, and my old '58 Strat is in the middle of being sold (which will more than pay for the Suhr!)
