Does anyone know of you can order a TAG with small dot inlays? Like the size of the side dots.
no one has asked for that. we could do it. probably +$50 retail to pay for changing over.

Awesome! First I ask Roy if I could get a Cajun Magenta to Black burst and he tells me yes and that no one has done that before and now this with the dots. I'm unique! Or just a weirdo.
Now if I can just talk you in to doing a matching headstock on a maple board I'll be three for three!:D

2 out of 3 is not bad! I don't think Tom has given into that request for 25 years! :p

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Well, I can take heart with the pickup layout on this idea. Hum/Single. That one seems rare for TAGs so it'll still be an oddball.
Now if I could just pick one of the oh, 20 or so TAGs I'd like to get. Then, I'd be set.

It's funny to me that this seems to be a really big issue too. There have been a few discussions on here with people strongly in both of the camps, for matching headstocks and against matching headstocks...painted states and natural states anyone? I personally like the look myself, so color me a painted state!
Of course, we can debate endlessly, but Supreme Chancellor Tom has all of the power!

now that sounds really awesome Metron - look forward to seeing the pic's! Will it be without binding too?

I'm still trying to decide which model to go with but if I do choose a Drop Top, it will be without binding.
awe, the binding looks soooooooo classy! i've seen one without, (and it may have been the only one without!) and it doesn't stand in the same category. just my 2 cents.
