New piickups for CT Atom

I currently am blessed to own a new CT Atom with UNCOVERED HA1- and HA+. I know that there have been newer pickups recently designed. Can you recommend something to THICKEN the tone. I need a little more growl. Would the covered get me a little closer to .... Well ya now what I'm after.

Can I order direct or do you know of a dealer who has them in stock? Would it require a different wiring setup since these are covered and my existing pickups are not?
