View Full Version : Tom Scheduled to do Live Chat Interview
Tom Anderson has kindly agreed to do a live chat interview on my new online guitar forum, called "The String Network".
http://www.thestringnetwork.com/index.php
We have launched a series of chat room interviews with select individuals who have made strong impressions in bringing interesting guitar/amp related product to the marketplace. As an example, Joe Naylor, of Reverend, did an interview with us Sunday Sept. 14th.
We are honored to have Tom visit us for the live chat on Sunday, September 28th, at 5 pm EST.
Please come visit The String Network, and check us out. And, of course, come on over Sunday, Sept. 28th to chat with Tom as well.
As a proud owner of two fine TA axes (a Koa HDT, and an Atom CT), I do check in here most days, and will gladly answer questions about the interview, how you can view/participate, and anything else you'd like to know about our forum.
Thanks to Tom for graciously agreeing to participate. I do appreciate it!!

If only you were on a Mac... ;) Sorry Tom, I had to!
having never done this before i hope the equipment works well.
Your right, Tom. Live chat can be a "free for all". We've done one with Joe Naylor, and it worked pretty well. Our site administrator, Craig Brophy, will ask individuals to type in their questions one at a time. Our forum is a lot like this one....we tolerate ZERO BS, so we'll keep it in control.
Now, the real question is, how fast can you type?? ;)
I encourage any Anderson forum members to consider checking out The String Network. If you like what you see, sign up, so that you can participate in the live Chat with Tom.
Here is a transcript of the Joe Naylor live chat, in order to give you an idea of how it works;

There were one or two Reverend forum regulars who signed up to participate in that live chat. One or two were pretty young and a bit over anxious LOL.

Tom??? No Mac???? or half a mac??? You need your own mac Tom!
wouldn't mind having one, but my cad stuff is windows based and i've heard mixed experiences with that and some cad software. they both have their place.
