Drop D Tuner

I remember in an earlier post Tom said that he used a Drop D tuner. Not sure which guitar he was speaking of. Which Drop D tuner would be the one to put on a C+.
I'm familiar with the hipshot tuners are there others to consider?

we had gotoh make us our standard tuner but with a llonger shaft so that it would be the normal height after hipshot put on their stuff. it is a locking tuner which helps it work real nice. we sell them for $105, more than a standard hipshot, but it fits better too.
