input jack question

Hi, my mono input jack would intermittantly crackle, but the guitar still worked fine, up until Tuesday, when the magnetic pickups stopped working completely. The piezo pickup still works fine. I pulled the jack out--I can't see anything wrong. However, the jack is a little plastic box and not the normal Fender-type jack that I'm used to seeing. If this jack is the problem, what part do I need to get to replace it? Obviously, I'm not a tech, so I may have to hand this over to someone. I gig with it a lot. Thanks, Dan

What is the make of the guitar?

It's possible the problem is not with the jack but with another part of the wiring. A photo of the guts might be helpful.

It's a TA Hollow T with three pickups and piezo. Will try to post pix soon. Thanks for the reply.
