Hi folks,
Here I am - new guy from Northern Virginia. Long time owner of a TAG - my first, which I recently sold, was a '91 lacewood pro am with a solid pao ferro neck, an H1, and an HN3+ with one little mini switch. It now resides in Russia. But, I only sold it so I could buy another TAG. Then, I bought another one (from a TAG member - you may recognize my new Burnished Orange Classic).
Here they are:

That's my ugly mug at my last session using my (former) Pro Am.

Looking forward to selling my Fender Deluxe Tele and getting an Anderson Tele. Too bad for me that I'm spoiled by the two bolt variety. They just play and seem to "fit" me so much better.

Welcome, dB.

I'm glad the thing is still in the state at least! :D

I checked out an new Drop Top with an H3 in the bridge yesterday (Sweet & Sour, very nice). Talk about "spoiled". It's gonna be tough beating the burnished orange Classic. That CT better be sweet!

Enjoy.

Wow, when I was in college my parents worked on Verdict Drive and I lived in NoVa (Centreville) for almost two decades till 3 years ago. Did you buy that Lacewood pro am from Veneman's? I think I might have been in the store that day (I worked there). You probably bought it from Mark Williams if you did.

I'm afraid I moved to the Commonwealth after Veneman's demise. I was up in Boston before then. No, I bought the Grand Am pre-owned from a Drum City Guitar Land via eBay. I think that guitar was originally sold through a NYC store (I think it had the original receipt with it). Anyway, the serial number was cool - 7-14-91A - Bastille Day!
