This guitar is stunning. I don't mean visually - though I do think it looks great - as much as I mean from a playing perspective. Hot damn, this is one hot axe.

I saw Buddy Whittington play a Lentz through a Mini Z, and I was awed by his tone - and by his playing, too, let's face it. Buddy's the man.

Anyway, I acquired a Mini Z head recently, and so I was one Lentz short of that sonic equation... no more.

I met him through another forum. One of the nicest guys I've met. His playing is world class. He has given me Z and Lentz GAS, but I have resisted so far.

Oh, I don't know about that :D

I'll tell ya, I am still in complete love with the tones I get from my Anderson Cobra w/ 3 P90s. That's one of the best guitars I have ever owned. I can't wait to add another Anderson to the family.

What does the third control knob do?

It's two volume knobs and one tone knob, actually, which makes for some very interesting tones in the middle position by changing the volumes of both pickups... Great stuff.
