Line 6 Survey - TAG Reference

I saw on a Line 6 forum that the company has recently sent out survey's to their registered Variax customers.

Someone posted the questions in the survey and one of them was:

"How likely are you to consider buying an electric guitar from the following boutique guitar makers?"

with Tom Anderson Guitars as one of boutique guitar makers.

I've seen other posts where Tom thought TAGs it would be too expensive for Variax customers. Has anything changed? Are there discussions with Line 6 about TAG being involved in the next generation Variax?

rich contacted me back when i was going to shrink the company and i was trying to figure out exactly what i should be doing. then everything got great around here so i completely forgot about the project. a year ago he came up to me at the namm show to tell me they decided to go with jim. seriously i had completely forgot about the whole thing. from where we are now i can't imagine getting into that kind of thing. i've said it before, but what i love doing is ,making things, not selling things. some enjoy the designing and not the making, some enjoy the selling and not the making. none is more valid than the other, i'm just thrilled to be doing what i'm doing.
