I was in Hollywood this weekend, minding my own business...stopped in the Mesa Boogie store to say "hey" to Jimboh, Jay, John...and 2 1/2 hours later, this followed me home....
I demo'd this mojo-dripping Drop Top (and a Tobacco-burst DT, a Suhr Std, and a HDT) through a Boogie Mk IV, which was desperately trying to hop into the car, but succumbed to the 92 degree heat and retreated back into the store. Whew, that would've been meant surefire death at home:mad: :p
This t-blk DT squawks like a duck thanks to the SF1/SF1R's. Check these s/c's out if you have not already. What is different about this DT? I'm not sure, it could be the effortless play thanks to Ian's setup, or the fact that I have not owned a R/W fingerboard DT/DTC since 1995. Either way, a killer addition to the family! Bottomline, as Nigel Tufnel and David St Hubbins stated, "none blacker"!!
