Quick pickup question

I'd like to put a TN in the bridge of an older Fender Tele. I know that TAG t-Classics dont have the big ashtray bridge....would that bridge prevent a TN from fitting in the Fender bridge?

the TM will NOT fit in a fender bridge. the pickup hole is different as are the mounting screw holes.
