My Trem Bar keeps falling out!

I have a 6 month old Drop Top I'd special ordered. I don't know if it's the cold weather here or what, but in the last week the trem bar has become extremely loose, to the point where if I tilt the guitar toward the floor it just falls out. It's like the rubber gromett that holds it in is totally worn out. Could this be possible on a 6 month old guitar? What's my options for repair? I'm worried about loosing it on a gig.

Pretty sure there's a hex screw adjustment somewhere. Someone will pipe in shortly with the answer no doubt.
