Buddhist Spammers?

I'm afraid I don't use this forum any more, but I continue to get weird Buddhist spam PMs from new members with 0 posts. Is anyone else getting this stuff?

I have removed the account from the forum- If anyone has anymore trouble PLEASE let me know right away.
Every day I get about 40 applications to join the wonderful Anderson Forum- 2-3 are good applications the rest are just garbage. I try me best to keep this junk out of here but every once and a while one gets through.

Sorry for any trouble anybody experienced-Let me know if it happens again.

Someone has found a way to exploit forums running on the vBulletin platform (like this one). If you google "buddhist spam vbulletin" you can see it is happening quite a bit. Jerks could using this to route traffic to some external site in order to increase their Google rankings or for more nefarious purposes.
