Great old Schecter

Hello, I just stumbled onto this forum and was pleasantly surprised to know
that Tom was involved in making some of these old Schecters. I love this thing. i'm not really sure how old it is, serial number is S8334. I've posted few pictures and hope you could tell a little about the body( mahogany?)wood, and if this guitar was from your time at Schecter? It's dark sounding , it plays
wonderfully, has an absolutely fantastic bridge tone..think of Peter Green's telecaster tone on his early solo work. It's a beauty. Thanks..John

that's a parts guitar that someone other than the crew at schecter put together. the body and neck are from the original van nuys factory.

In my post I forgot to mention that years ago I had the body routed for a middle pickup. It was originally dual humbucker and had kluson type tuners. I still have the original black metal pickguard and it has a black S8334 stamped neck plate.
