View Full Version : Atom for sale or trade
Sale pending
Solid Atom for sale or trade. I bought this during the Anderson Apocalypse and thought if I didn't pull the trigger I'd have to sell a car to ever get an Atom. After owning it a year now, I love the guitar, but would prefer Ms and a non-quilt top. So I'm in search of a new Atom.
12-20-05P--but note, the HW3 has been changed out for an H02.
If you're interested in trading for or buying this one, PM or email (r h y s 2 2 7 @ y a h o o . c o m).

Could you talk a little about the crack in the neck pocket please? This is a beautiful guitar, but cracks like that always scare me when I can't see them in person. Thanks :)
Sure. It is NOT a crack in the wood; it's just in the finish. I think this one happened when it was shipped to me from the dealer--it was in the winter time and I probably took the guitar out of its case too soon without letting it acclimate.
The crack has been there over a year now, and it hasn't changed. I corresponded with the guys at TAG and they say that these cracks happen in the finish, just like they did with the old fender-style neck joints, and it's just a cosmetic thing--nothing structural to worry about. Hope that helps.

thanks for the fast reply! Very much appreciated. So other than that crack and the unfortunate ding on the top, there are no other cosmetic blemishes?
correct; besides those two it's perfect.

Bro...any of the guys in my band would probably wet themselves for such a beautiful instrument. Wow.
That's a peach MOJO, but I don't think I could do the gold. Thanks though, I hear the Mels are killer guitars.
