Steve Carr, The TA of Amplifiers?

I recently have picked up two used Carr amps - a Rambler and a Mercury. Dealing with Steve Carr is like dealing with TAG, they are EXTREMLY customer focused. email them and get a FAST and DETAILED response. Call them and Steve will answer all your questions with ENTHUSIASM. Steve and his partner both have Anderson Classics which were co-GOTWs a while back.

Like Tom says its about making people happy with your products. Now if Steve can find someone a "little-bit-off" like Roy to answer tech questions..... Now that I think about it that could be quite scarey!:D :D

I have to say the same thing about Bogner with the exception of an email address. These are some of the kindest, most knowledgable people you will ever find. Give em a call and its like talking to an old friend in the business. Its great there are companies out there like this. Makes a huge difference in what product I will buy. Analogman is the same as well. Of course none of these people have the Anderson Secret Wheapon...
