Hello, fellow Michigander...to the forum and to the great world of TAG guitars. Whereabouts are you in Michigan? I'm in Marshall (right near Battle Creek), maybe we're not too far from one another.

I live outside of Hopkins. South/Southwest of Grand Rapids about 20 miles.

Oh I almost forgot! I made a quick vid of me playing the drop top and put it on youtube. Check it out if your so inclined....

I recorded this with a cheapo digital camera so the quality leaves a lot to be desired but it was just a fun little clip.

Welcome! Great looking drop top and nice playing!

Funny...also have a big dog who normally likes to be where I am however if he hears an amp switch on, he heads to the furthest part of the house from me :p

Thanks guys!!

I didn't realize there were so many people from Michigan on here. I thought I had the only Anderson in the state. I wish some stores around here carried them. I think the closest dealer to where I live is MakeN'Music in Chicago.

I suggest making a trip to Make N Music. A fine store with a great staff and great gear. Buy another Anderson, head off to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner....perfect weekend.

Sounds like a plan.

I actually planned on making a trip there to buy an Anderson but then I spotted a collector from California selling some of his stock and this drop top caught my eye..... the rest as they say is history.

Only music stores in Chicago I have been to were Guitar Center (uhhgggg) and Chicago Music Exchange. CME was pretty cool but mostly just the normal music store items...
