Has anyone tried these cables?

Seems like a good idea - More information in the December Guitar Player (Brad Paisley cover)

Looks very interesting. I'd like to try a Lava ELC Tweed with a couple of those connectors on the ends.

i use the lava elc with neutrik silent plugs and love 'em. there is a very, very significant difference in signal over alot of the cables out there.

Same, but I use the tweed ones. It's the proverbial blanket being lifted off the speaker the moment you use one. (It is an even more dramatic difference with high output 'buckers.)

Count me in as a user of the Lava ELC w/neutrik silent plug! Been using them for some time now and absolutely love the sound and quality of these cables! It's cool to have the one step unplug! :D
Now if they can only figure out how to put it on a right angle! Sweet!....:D
i thought i had seen the right angle silent plug, but i could be wrong. give mark a call, he's very interested in what people want.

I emailed Mark a couple weeks ago about the Neutrik R/A and he does have it but he can only put in on certain cables. Ciao!

I'm curious to know if any of you ELC users have A/Bed them with the van den hul Integration hybrids. Would love to hear how they compare...

This may be blasephemous for all you folks using Mogami, etc. I use the Planet Waves circuit breaker stuff for instrument cables. George L for patches.
OH MY! You might utter? OH WHY? You might gasp!
Well, when they break, which EVERY cable I have ever used does, you typically snip off the end about an inch from the plug, unscrew and toss the short piece, insert new cut end, screw back up, and you are good to go. I have a few 19' 9"cables as a result of on the fly repairs.
I have compared the PW stuff to other things and to my ear, they stand up pretty well. Very transparent to me.
I ordered the Snap Jack from the site - I'll report back once I get it.
