Hey guys. So I figured I'd post a video of me playing my TAG. And, since you guys were recently asking about good tone using only modeling...this video applies there too. I'm running directly through a GNX3 and into the house. I'm not playing any solo work...so you won't hear anything jump out at you. But, I also don't think the tone sounds thin or crappy. In fact, I get a LOT of compliments from techs as well as crowd folks about my tone...asking me where my amp is hidden.

Anyways... here's the link: www.myspace.com/pulseworship

Let me know what you think. Even if it's bad.

Ah yes...those blasted digital drums. We've been beggin for a small acoustic set for a long time. Unfortunately...we share that venue with a more traditional service that can't take the live drums in the room without having them completely enclosed and our church is low on the funds to make that happen. I totally hear ya!!

Hey Sonic...we'd be Glad to come play up there. You're not that far from us. In fact I've been looking at a church in Alpharetta that I'd like to visit some time. If I'm up there I'll definately let you know. Thanks for the encouragement bro!

excellent tunes. I love the Shadow. I'm a sucker for traveling bass note voicings like that under a verse. Who writes?

Oh yeah. The tone didn't sound bad at all.

Wow...thanks guys for the encouragement. I was starting to think we must suck since after 80 or so reads of this post there were only a couple of replies...Lol.

As far as the writing goes... all of the songs on our audio player were written by me. Shadow had some lyrical inspiration from 2 friends and the original hook of the verse was written by my rythm guitarist Marshall Fordham.

Thanks again guys...you made my day.

The songs and the band are great. In fact, the overall instrument mix is excellent. But, being a TAG connoisseur, I'd love to hear a solo with just the TAG happening. ;)

Thanks Piped...our FOH Engineer is the best I've ever worked with. That mix was straight off the board; no multitrack or remixing. Not even seperate mix from auxes. That's the stereo mix. We LOVE working with him.

And I'd love to hear a great solo on my TAG too...If only I had the chops..LoL
