Switching problem

HI Everyone
This is my 1st post.
I have a custom ordered drop top which is incredible.
When I ordered the guitar I asked for the B5 switching, but the dealer messed up and ordered the split swiching instead.
Anderson told me that if I didn't get on with it, they'd give me instructions to convert it.
I've sent about 10 e mails to them in the past 6 weeks and had NO reply.
What gives ?????????????
They've always been really helpful.
Does anyone know what I need to do to make the conversion ?
I Hate the tone of the singles in humbucking mode and much prefer the tone when split, but the opposite is true of the Bridge humbucker, hence B5 will be ideal .

Never mind the switching, that is some of the nicest quilting I have ever seen! Wow! :eek:
