Stainless steel frets (how much$$$)

Can I just send the neck back or do I have to send the whole guitar. I'd rathe just send the neck if possible as I am the one who had the forklift incident with UPS, thankfully just missing the guitar. Also how much$$$ and how long will it take for the refret.

refrets pricing:
rosewood board $300
maple $350
tinted maple $400
the maple is more because we have to refinish the board, tinted maple is more because we have to strip then refinish the whole thing.
we need the whole guitar so we can set it up and make it play like new.
