Anyone tried the working dog amps?

Hey guys, wondering if anyone's tried these amps from George Alessandro, and if so, what your opinion was. I'm seriously considering a new amp, the lonestar's mids are just becoming a problem for me. I need something with a lot of headroom, but that doesn't hurt with overdrives, like every fender I've ever tried.

I tried one years ago when they first came out...I think it was a double 6l6 amp with 4 10's. I remember it being a little flat sounding for my taste, but I play very bright as many commented on your mesa lonestar thread. Try some Dr Zs.
