Bigsby Handle

I have a hollow Atom with a Bigsby, the handle is a little loose. What is the proper way to tighten the handle to the base of the unit?

it's hard to do with strings on, but it can be done. you have to tighten the nut on the end of the screw that holds the are on. it is inside the spring.

I thought it looked like the assembly would open up with the strings off and I could get to the nut. Looks like that would be the easiest way, is that correct?

that's the easiest, but you can snake a thin open end wrench through the spring too. looks like a 7mm wrench to me. 5/16" would work too.
