Can anyone identify this guitar

I've been checking out youtube lately (before they eventually get shut down!!) and was watching Teenage Fanclub's video cover of Gene Clark's Feel a Whole Lot Better. The guitarist on the left of the screen has what I thought was a Vox 12 stringer (perhaps a Mark XII). When looking at the headstock though, the guitar doesn't look like any old Vox guitar that I've seen. Can anyone identify the guitar? Here's the link to the video:
