After playing one at NAMM, I had to get a Crowdster Plus. I played it leading worship last night and it sounded great. I did break the D string on the second song, which was a bummer, but what an awesome sounding acoustic and the electric was great too. It's great to be able to blend the two, especially when you are the only guitarist. It plays like a dream too. Anway, great instrument Tom...I look forward to playing it for a long time.

string breakage on a crowdster is very uncommon. i would suspect it's just the string. if it happens again, please let me know.

Welcome to the Crowdster Plus Owners Club! It is a fantastic worship leading guitar. The best ever.
I broke some strings for a while, too. I think there was a really bad batch of Elixers out there for a while. Lately they've been fine for me.

Welcome to the Crowdster Plus Owners Club!
I'd have to agree with Pietro, I think there was a bad batch of strings.
But I also have to also agree with Tom. String breakage is very uncommon for me on the C+. I have only broken one string, the first time I played it. Of course, it was the dreaded "G" string.
Used to break them every week on my Taylor 414CE.
We would love to see some pics of the C+!

Sweet guitar. I like the natural. (Almost as much as the autumn-burst... :p)Hope you have more fun with it this weekend. I'm doing TWO Crowder songs tonight and tomorrow, and this time... I promise I'll play them on my Crowdster and not the Godin. (I still can't believe I did that...)

Hi -
A few weeks ago, I picked up a C+ from Eddie's in St. Louis - mine is just plain spruce and I love it. I, too, am in a worship team situation, and it is ideal for that environment (or any live playing environment) -- this guitar simply does not feed back! To take advantage of the stereo option, I purchased a Voodoo Labs Amp Switcher so I can play the acoustic, electric, or both at the same time through my acoustic amp and electric rig. I haven't quite found the "sound" yet in terms of blending the two, but it has been fun in my quest.
Thank you Tom for a GREAT guitar! This is a keeper!

Hey, count me in too! I got mine in before Christmas from Brian at Charleys. Natural flame with honey bursted edge. Gorgeous!
I'm using mine in my worship band with the Power Blend, AER Domino & AC15.
Band members tell me it sounds more like an acoustic than the jumbo Guild the other guy is playing.
I also really enjoy playimg it unplugged at home.
BTW I love those new straps, too,Tom.

Whats the new straps look like ?
similar to the ones from the last couple years. webbing on the inside, leather on the outside. black or bomber jacket brown. dark a logo, and slide adjustable.
