Clear pick guard for Crowdster

I recently got a Dark Cherry Sunburst Crowdster before the T/A news flash. Awesome guitar. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a where I could get a clear pickguard, the flexible kind that just lays on the the wood also will peel off real easy. I have seen these somewhere, just can't remember.

The main question though is will this damage the finish of the guitar?

i'm pretty sure stewmac sells that stuff. should not be a problem with the finish.
