Best playing guitar I've owned--period!! Frets to die for, killer tone, sustain for days! The 62 Roundback neck is perfectly beefy - nice C shape, similar to the McCarty I sold, only more broken in feeling. Wedgie joint rules!! I love it! Case snuggles the guitar like no other too (except for one latch that doesn't quite line up). Debating if I should change the black pickup rings to cream? Here are a few pix:

Congrats Andy- looks great!

I dont think you can go wrong with getting a set of cream colored
rings- both black and cream compliment the guitar.

What kind of switching did you order- looks like you only have one pot knob
and two switches? Does one switch control the pot from volume to tone?

I have one volume knob, one 3-way pickup selector, and the mini switch is a coil tap for both pickups. I don't need no stinking tone knob! :D

another example that less is everything. stunning! i see you're in north nj, so am i. if you ever want to bring her over for a play-date let me know. however, i'm currently in warsaw, poland, but i'm flying home in a few hours.

The back is black and hard to photograph...will add a back photo tonight.
