i've got the crowdster plus, and i am very pleased with the un-eqed sound direct into clean small p.a.(via countryman d.i.) a bit of verb and it sounds fab.I am intrigued with the auras concept and believe creating a little space could be of benifit. So, anybody got some advise,(and maybe which "sound image" you've found apprpriate) thanks, mystroe

I also want to see an answer to that, as I find that piece intriguing.

I just got a Crowdster Plus, too. I use it through a yamaha AG Stomp, which has been discontinued for some time. The difference between the guitar with and without the AG Stomp is HUGE! I'm wondering if the Aura sounds even better.

We'll find out together!

I did for awhile ...Taura had just come out and I really didn't have time to search for good tones ...It definitely isn't a plug and play situation

Much like the AG Stomp I guess, which ALSO was not a plug-n-play solution. It took me much time to get all the setups for all the guitars I run through it. Good thing that I'm guessing anyone on THIS forum, like myself, is certainly unafraid of things that take time to get right...

I've read reviews of the Aura that make it sound like quite a holy grail.

Hey...I'm new here.

I have both the Fishman Aura and a DTAR Mama Bear and the Mama works better for the Crowdster. The ability to make it sound like 12 different instruments is killer, and the modeling is top notch. The Aura is for my HD-28........
