I was not planning on getting another, and in no way was interested in "collecting" Andersons, but I was looking for a new Strat-type to replace my hot-rodded Am Stnd, something lighter with a smaller neck, and I ended up with this beautiful (new to me) TA Hollow Classic:

I love it - 5.6 lbs, small V neck, real stratty tones in single coil mode, thicker tones in HB mode. Perfect.

So I realized why I ended up with another TAG; I had played a friend's strat and realized I needed one for Blues, played a bunch of Suhrs & Andys, dug a new Fender EJ, but the fenders were all different, and even the Suhrs (some of which are fantastic) to me differed. A TAG was the only thing I had enough knowledge about and confidence in to buy sight unseen. I did, and it exceeded my expectations.

So, my current family of TAs:

They are exactly the same-right down to the hardware.
I love it to death-everyone who plays it wants to buy it-but it's not for sale!
How weird is this-my last name is Grohs!

Thanks, folks!
Yes, it's a swamp ash top on swamp ash, hollow.

In fact, they're all hollow!

Kid Metric - That's cool, you have exactly the same config. I really dig this guitar.
