I dunno how many of you have seen the John Mayer edition of the InCase gig bag that ships with the Fender John Mayer Signature Stratocaster, but it looks like they're partnering up for an aftermarket bag...
here's a link to the pic:

Incase has made bags for a while. I bought a double 2 years ago and just added another double from the relaunched company a month ago. They are first class for sure.

yeah, I guess I phrased it wrong- I meant they were making an aftermarket John Mayer bag for those who aren't so inclined to buy his $1100 guitar to get the snappy gig bag.
So the Dub bag is cool, huh? I have the John Mayer strat (and therefore the bag) and you're right- they're great.

They are very nice products. Ive an Incase for my acoustics and was fortunate to find a new Incase for a bass at a local shop in San Mateo CA. I figured since the company was once based down the road in Burlingame CA, they had one possibly as a sample. Since it was NOS and an "oddball" item I offered them $75 for it and they said, "sold" :) - Great deal being that I paid $150 for my acoustic Incase. Its a bass case but it holds an electric guitar just as securely. They really seem more like "cases" than bags.
I looked at the link pic of the Mayer gig bag and it doesnt look like the
Incases I have unless they completely redesigned them with the relaunch of the company?

I think Mayer has more input on the look for this bag. That might be why they're deviating from the standard look...

Ahhh...gotcha.
Looked up a few on ebay and there are couple for sale that look
more like the stock Incase design but with a "F" logo. These must
be pre-Mayer collaboration.
