If I know that I want a Hollow Atom with mmh pups, and a Bigsby can the factory tell me which dealers have that type of guitar in stock or on order or do I have to sift through all the dealers websites to find it?

Indoor Storm

They're sold out of the hollow ones with Bigsbies, but you can hear some great clips and maybe order one through them. I think Mass St. Music is supposed to get a hollow one with a Bigsby in some time.

As far as colors, I prefer one of the sunbursts, but I'm open to other choices,as long as it shows off the maple top.

Hi Tele…,

I spoke with Roy at Anderson and he said: The only Hollow Atom exactly matching your description is on its way to Indoor Storm now. It is Trans Orange and we were falling all over ourselves when it was here. It is sooooo good looking that we are thinking that should be next year’s NAMM Bigsby-equipped, Hollow Atom.

My best and most humble advice is to buy it before it disappears and you must wait and order—which is not a bad way to go either—but there is that waiting thing.

...the one at IS sell before it could be posted? It would have been nice to see given the various comments about it.

Yes, it sold right away. If the new owner wants to send me some pics I'll post them. He's a busy guy, but I'll see if we can get some pics at least.

The one at Eddie's guitars looks GREAT !! Whoever does the ordering for them does a great job with the different combinations - they always have beautiful Andersons around. Gotta love a bigsby guitar - you need a sense of humor about them going out of tune - but they are the coolest !!

these stay in tune! i have used one for the past few months and i have not had to tune any more than my other guitars.most other bigsby equipped guitars have other issues that don't help the tuning.

A Bigsby equipped Atom is on my shopping list - right after I find (or order) just the right Cobra !! I am sure that the Anderson attention to details when cutting the nut and setting up the guitar contributes to the tuning stability of your guitars with the Bigsby on them.

The drop-top that I ordered last November was shipped from you to Wildwood Guitars and then to me arrived perfectly in tune. One of my favorite things about your guitars is how stable the tuning is and how nicely the guitars are set up.
