I'm second in line if it falls through.........How does the 62 roundback differ from Anderson's standard neck carve? Is it noticably larger or just a touch? Thanks..........

THe new owner received the guitar on Wednesday and loves it, so I can officially say the guitar is sold.

The 62RB Carve differs from the TAG Standard Carve in a few ways:
1) The 62RB has a lot more taper from the 1st to 12th fret than the TAG standard
2) Given equivalent nut widths the 62RB is chunkier - IMO A TAG Standard with +.050 oversize would be close, but without a lot of taper.
3) There is also a noticeable chunkiness difference between the 1 5/8" and 1 11/16" 62 RB Carves. The difference in nut sizes causes a +.020" increase in depth on the 1 11/16".

I like bigger necks, The 1 11/16" 62 RB is my favorite carve, followed by a +.050 Oversize TAG Standard Carve.
