What do you use to clean your maple fretboard?

So I've read alot of threads on cleaning and oiling rosewood fretboards. But how do you clean your maple fretboard and SS frets when changing strings? Anyone use any polish or anything? I just use a clean and dry cloth and wipe the fretboard and frets real good.

I use McGuiars Quik Detailer, or GHS Guitar polish..

Basically, you are just removing finger grease and built up grime. Just about anything will do. Most guitar polishes work just fine.
