Some of you know I work at Rolling Stone. One of the writers just turned me onto www.pandora.com It is a site that allows you to enter an artist or a specific song and it then creates a "radio station" based on characteristics of that artist/song. You have to register, but the ad supported version is free.
It's nice for streaming music at work or home, but I'm also using it to discover new artists that I never would have heard.
Highly recommended.
