DirectTV HD fustration

Well I am in the process of moving this week and decided to go with DirectTV's HD package. Sounded great. Free equipment etc. etc. However, they can not send out an installer until the 17th of February. I guess I will be watching the Super Bowl at a sports bar.

Ridiculous. They need to hire more installers.
