I ordered two new Andersons a couple weeks apart and by good fortune they arrived the same day !! I can't seem to get the pictures to post here, but would like to see if someone who knows how to post them would be nice enough to do it for me ??

Dave, Thanks for the offer to post the pictures for me. Your "signature" page blocks emails or I would be glad to send them to you. Plan "B" !!

Actually the Drop-Top-Classic is Transparent Yellow and the Hollow-T is Transparent Amber. Both were ordered with "Personalized" tops - medium frets
and I had them do a little different wiring on the Drop-Top. I wanted the mini split for the bridge only.....keeps the switching simple.

Thanks again to Dave for posting the pic's !!

They are both great but that Hollow T really does it for me.

Congrats.

What are the serial numbers on these guitars? I'm curious what pickups you ended up going with.

The Drop-Top-Classic is 11-18-05N (SA1R - SA1 - H2+ with bridge only split)

The Hollow-T is 11-10-05P (TD1 and TD3+ ) followed Roy's recommendation for the TD3+ for the bridge.

Are the SA1's always split, never split, or auto-split of some sort?

Amazing guitars, you're a lucky guy. :)

The Sa1's would never be split. I've had 6 Anderson's before these 2 and found that I usually only split the bridge - plus when I switched from split bridge to any single coil pickup then I had to flip the switch back to get the full single coil.... this keeps it simple.
