Saw a review of these guitars the other month here in the UK and promptly forgot until today...

The review model T was very Andy-like,a Butterscotch blackguard with Anderson style headstock and no bridge plate.I notice those on the website have the tuners split on either side of the headstock. The S-type are also similar.

I must admit when I first glanced through the review I though they were a few hundred pound TA copy but seemingly they are about £1500!

A friend of mine was given one to demo for an endorsment deal and I got to try it. Played ok but in not in the same calss as a TAG. Neck felt odd and the one thing that bucgs me the most is you felt the frets all along the neck, never been a problem on tag. Over all not bad but not the same qaulity.

Seems the similarities begin and end with the headstock with the oversized "R", but I think it looks more like Suhr's than Anderson's headstock. Actually, the ones with the tuners on both sides look more like Ernie Ball's.

I just had a look around his site... apparently one of Rahbek's top endorsers is named Thomas Andersson.

I think that the body looks much more like that of Grosh than Andy.

Wait a minute, I thought YOU were the evil twin. :p

The guitars look pretty nice. Very ernie ball looking to me. Its a golden age for us guitar players. There are many great builders are out there.

That Thomas Andersson guy needs to have a Tom Anderson guitar don't you think? I'd say this thread should read, "Raybek got competition!"

someone should teach him how to spell anderson correctly. or as the commercial goes, "leave off the last 's' for savings."
