I just uncrated this puppy yesterday and I am blown away. DTM is to the set neck PRS/Gibby world what Tom Anderson is to the bolt-on strat based world. Reminds me of a SAT question??? This thing sustains and screams like a raped ape. I think my Custom Shop LP may be going away.

This definitely makes the Atom wait a little more tolerable!

Anyway here are a few pictures.

Congrats on your new guitar; it looks awesome. I've had a McNaught Phoenix for 3 1/2 years and it is by far my favorite set neck guitar (Andersons are my favorite bolt-on).

The more I play this thing, the more I like it. I am digging the short scale.

Man I can't wait for my Atom. I may be going short scale exclusively!

I've always felt more comfortable on 24 3/4" scale guitars even before I knew what a scale length was. I think it's because I have short fingers and also the string tension is less.

Have you tried an Atom? It may confuse you as to what it is to be set neck or bolt on. :)

I have tried the Atom. They are great! Can't wait to get mine!

Can't really compare them to the Mac. They are really different animals. Like comparing lions and tigers. Similar yet very different.
