HTC soundclips

I just finished a long and grueling recording session, and one of the songs I played on really needed a tele sound. Since I don't own one, I borrowed a friend's Fender. It was just "ehh." It did sound good enough, however, to make me realize that an HTC with M's is something I may be interested in. I've played a couple at Mass St, but never any with the TM2 (or 3) in the bridge. Any of you do any recording with your HTC set on a TM2 (or 3) in the bridge? How "tele" is that sound? Care to post a clip or send me a link?

BTW, Tom, my new Atom is just SICK!!! Recording with it has been a dream. The engineer wants me to come back and redo a bunch of rhythm tracks that were played with other guitars with this guitar because he loves it so much. He made me save my settings EXACTLY on my GT, and he got out a tape measure to set his mic placements. It's just got "that sound" for him. And for me, too.

David Barber posted some sound clips of a couple Anderson pickups including the m, m-, tm, and tvs--maybe some others. If you do a search on here you might be able to find them. I think it was within the past 2 months.

Found 'em. Thanks! I've also checked out IndoorStorm.com; they post clips of all their Andersons, Suhrs, Tylers, ect. I guess I'm looking more for actual songs that have an HTC in them. I want to hear how the guitar fits in mix.

I LOVE Mark Goldenberg's playing on the Jackson Browne albums I have, and I know he's an HTC nut. But all those recordings were in the pre-Minihum' days. I think the tone is just sick on those albums, so I'm trying to decide if I want to go with M's or not.

they did that one song to submit it for a compilation and then put the project on hold until November because the studio got paid/blocked out for months by a heavy metal band. Go figure.
