Nut height too high

On my recently arrived HDTC I feel the nut is too high, and is a bit higher than on my HTC and my brothers HDTC (which both are perfect). I don't get the same "feel" as on the other Andersons because of this. Also, the 2. string makes that high-pitched squeel when using the tremolo bar on my new HDTC. It was ordered and set up at the factory, but I'm not 100% satisfied with this.

What do you think I should do about it? It would probably be best to let the local luthier adjust it to the same high as my HTC, I guess..?

the guys at the factory are probably better equipped to answer than the forum members. but i'm just guessing.
