View Full Version : going into surgery tomorrow (14th) at 11:30am EST

in the process of finishing my basement late last year i managed to overdo it, and herniate a disc in my neck (between c5-c6). The surgery was supposed to be next thursday, but got bumped yesterday to tomorrow, so i'm pretty nervous, first surgery and all.

Will remember you in prayer, and good luck it will all turn out. Been there with the lower back L4,L5 & S1. Are the doing a discectomy or fushion.

both, they scoop it out and put in a piece of cadaver bone, 2 screws and a plate.

i got back yesterday around noon. all went well, thanks for all the prayers. sucking pretty hard today, i guess tomorrow is supposed to be the worst then better from there...

Good thanks for the update. Yea the first couple of fays is always the worst it will get better. Still in prayer for a speedy recovery.
