Splitting Anderson HB's - Vintage Voicing

I wired up a set of humbuckers (H2+, H1) using McCarty Wiring found here:

Where would the 250k Resistor be placed into this circuit to sweeten up the split tones?

i don't think you have enough switch capacity. you need to switch it in and out with the splitter. we use a 330k resistor.
