Refretting an Anderson?

I see a lot of Anderson guitars for sale online that are interesting to me. The only problem is that most of them have large frets, and I prefer jumbo frets. How major of surgery is it to refret to jumbos? Is this the sort of thing that is best to send to Anderson to have done? How much would something like this cost?

There are loads of threads here on the subject. Should probably be a sticky at this point. In a nutshell, send it to TAG. $300 gets you a refret and factory set-up. A little more for maple. $500 gets you a whole new neck.
