Gear Page thread on Fender's Body Shape Trademark Case

FYI - here is a link to a thread on the Gear Page discussing the current status of Fender's attemp to trademark their body shapes:

As did some posting on the thread, I noticed that TAG is missing from the list of companies opposing the case; I'm assuming that is just an oversight by the source of the list.

Tom - thanks; like everyone else I just assumed your corporate name was "Tom Anderson Guitarworks" - and you know what happens when you assume ;) . However, having read this forum and your posts I should have figured it out; very cool corporate name.
