I like this guitar a lot, but I'm definitely more of a strat/tele guy. (see the bottom of this post for what I want in trade)
I bought it from MF on 12/2004 from their "scratch/dent" inventory. The only blemish I can find on the guitar is a light flaw in the finish on the back. It's kind of a milky blur (It's a manufacturing flaw) that was really hard to photograph, but I captured it in the 2nd picture at the bottom (also note the nice block of mahogany in that picture).
I played it a lot when I first got it, but it's been sitting in its case for the last few months untouched, which is why I want to get something I'll use more often. I'm not a gigger so this hasn't been gigged. This has seen indoor playing only. Smoke free, blah blah.
The overall condition I'd say is 9 out of 10 (that's my conservative estimate for more perfectionistic types, to me it's 9.5). Aside from the factory blemish, there are a couple of very minor dents and swirls, but I can't get them in any pictures they're that insignificant. This guitar hasn't been played since these pictures were taken.
It's their standard SG Supreme with the '57 classic humbuckers in it. Sounds great, terrific sustain, very ballsy rock tones and not bad for clean jazz. This one's all stock, I've not done a thing to it. I'm most interested in trading this for an alder-bodied strat with maple/rosewood fingerboard. I'd also be open to a nice tele. (No humbuckers, please. I want a very traditional/classic strat or tele).
