taylor and the two button idea...

i was at the local acoustic shop here today and struck up a conversation with the taylor rep that was there. after a few minutes he offered to let me try the new taylor T5 acoustic. if you are not familiar with this new guitar check out the taylor website. won't go into the guitar but one interesting thing i noticed is that they put two strap buttons on the rear of the guitar just like a really great luthier we all know! interesting feature on brand new taylor design. just an observation.

i got that from dave schecter who got it from the old dan armstrong/ampeg guitars from england. i think dan and dave were both not guitar stand guys.

it's cool how things like that come down the line. i remember first seeing an anderson and thought "man that looks strange". now when is the two strap buttons(with the A on the headstock) i get that giddy, gonna-play-an-anderson feeling! thanks for the info tom.
