Yes. I purchased the guitar from Garrett Park in Maryland. I asked about that and they said they were factory installed. I have not had a chance to call Roy and confirm. However if you look carefully at the headstock back pic, you will see no drill holes where stock Anderson tuner set screws will go. My local tech confrmed that if the tuners were retro fits there would be other holes in the back.
