Click - pop sound

Whenever I am using the volume pot on my '98 Hollow T with Contours with Baggs X bridge and switcheroo system, I get a pop or clicking sound at about 81/2 or 9 when turning up or down.

I thought that maybe the pot was dirty so I cleaned it. Tried it at home and the sound was gone but then went to a gig and the problem is still there.

Then I realized that at home I was using a cord and on the gig I was using my wireless system. So, I switched to a cord and the problem disappeared but when I use the wireless it is back.

I know that the easy answer is "use a cord," but I like the convience of the wireless. I don't have this problem on my other guitars. So does anyone have any idea why the TAG has this problem?

not sure, but this weekend i had a similar problem. i was using a different delay, and it came from that. it only happened when i turned the knob really fast form 0 to full on. since that's not something i do in a playing situation, i'm not going to make myself crazy looking for why.
